General provisions



  1. These Regulations set out the general conditions, the manner of providing electronic services and sales conducted through the Online Store.

  3. These Regulations are continuously available on the website in a manner that allows obtaining, reproducing and recording its content by printing or saving on a carrier at any time.

The use of the Online Store is possible provided that the ICT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements: a) ICT device (e.g. computer, telephone) with access to the Internet b) Compatible screen with a resolution of at least 1024 x 768. c) An installed and correctly configured web browser in the current version (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or Opera), with the option to accept "cookies" enabled, JavaScript, CSS frames and styles enabled d) An active and correctly configured e-mail account.

  5. It is prohibited for Customers to provide unlawful content.

  6. The Seller allows through the Online Store to use free services, which are provided by the Seller 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  7. Collection of data about Service Recipients

  8. For the proper provision of services by the Website, to safeguard the legal interest of the Service Provider and to ensure that the Website operates in accordance with applicable law, the Service Provider through the Website collects and processes certain data on Users.

  14. The above data is obtained through Google Analytics script and is anonymous.

  15. Information about the Goods provided on the web pages of the Online Store, in particular their descriptions, technical and performance parameters and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract.

  16. All Goods available in the Online Store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the market

  17. The condition for placing an Order is to have an active e-mail account.

  18. The Order is submitted to the Seller by the Customer in electronic form and constitutes an offer to conclude a contract of sale of the Goods that are the subject of the Order. An offer made in electronic form binds the Customer if the Seller sends to the e-mail address provided by the Customer a confirmation of acceptance for execution of the Order, which constitutes a statement of the Seller on acceptance of the Customer's offer, and at the moment of its receipt by the Customer the contract of sale is concluded.

  19. Upon conclusion of the contract of sale, the Seller shall confirm its terms and conditions to the Customer by sending them to the Customer's e-mail address

  20. The contract of sale is concluded with the content in accordance with the Regulations.

  21. 7. the place of conclusion of the contract is the registered office of the Seller.
